may conduct contests

• No purchase or online subscription is necessary to enter a contest conducted by Anything Goes!! with Lise Avery.
• One entry per person and per household.
• Any contest conducted by Anything Goes!! with Lise Avery is open to United States citizens, 18 years or older, except employees of Anything Goes!! with Lise Avery and their immediate families (immediate family is defined as a parent, sibling, child or any person residing in the same household as the employee). Winners' ages must be verified by affidavit in order to receive prize. Refusal constitutes a forfeit of any prize.
• All contests conducted by Anything Goes!! with Lise Avery are intended for play in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Do not enter any contest conducted by Anything Goes!! with Lise Avery if you are not a United States resident.
• Contests conducted by Anything Goes!! with Lise Avery are void where prohibited and are subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
• All winners for all contests conducted on the AnythingGoesRadio.com website are chosen by computer program. Neither Ms. Avery nor any staff member of Anything Goes!! with Lise Avery participates in choosing the winner.
• By entering this contest, entrants understand and agree that their E-mail and/or mailing address may be added to our Anything Goes!! mailing list. If you would like your E-mail address or mailing address added to or removed from our mailing list, please advise us by E-mail or regular mail.
• Any prize awarded in connection with a contest conducted by Anything Goes!! with Lise Avery is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent for any prize is permitted, except by Anything Goes!! with Lise Avery in its sole discretion.
• In case of unavailability of any prize, Anything Goes!! with Lise Avery reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The odds of winning a contest conducted by Anything Goes!! with Lise Avery will depend on the total number of entries received. For example, if there is one prize available and one hundred entries are received, each entrant has a 1 in 100 chance of winning the prize.
• Anything Goes!! with Lise Avery is not in anyway liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from the award or use of any prize. The winner assumes all liability for injuries caused by or claimed to be caused by his or her participation, (and the participation of winners guest(s), if any) in a contest conducted by Anything Goes!! with Lise Avery.
• Anything Goes!! with Lise Avery reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any contest should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Anything Goes!! with Lise Avery corrupt the administration, security or proper administration of the contest.
• Anything Goes!! with Lise Avery reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of a contest conducted by Anything Goes!! with Lise Avery or to be acting in violation of these Contest Rules for any contest conducted by Anything Goes!! with Lise Avery.
• Internet or e-mail entrants must have a valid e-mail address.
•Anything Goes!! with Lise Avery assumes no responsibility for lost, mutilated or misdirected entries.
• If the contest prize offered is not deliverable to the winners' address (i.e. show or club tickets, vacation/hotel and/or festival tickets),winner is solely responsible for their own and their guest's transportation to an from the location and/or venue.
• Anything Goes!! with Lise Avery is not responsible for late entries, for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry information whether caused by a contestant or by an equipment or technical malfunction or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of the entries in a contest, conducted by Anything Goes!! with Lise Avery. An entry that is illegible, incomplete or late will be disqualified.
• It is contest entrants' responsibility to make sure that they are submitting accurate contact information for themselves. In the event that a winner has provided incorrect contact information, Anything Goes!! with Lise Avery assumes no responsibility for the inability to contact that winner and will award the prize to the runner up.
• If a prize notification is returned as undeliverable or Anything Goes!! with Lise Avery cannot contact the winner for any reason within three days (72 hours) after such winner is chosen, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing of the remaining eligible entries. Contest entries will be judged by Anything Goes!! with Lise Avery, whose decision on winner selection and all other matters relating to this contest are final.
• By accepting a prize, the winner grants Anything Goes!! with Lise Avery permission for the use of their name and biographical information for advertising or promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
• All entries become property of Anything Goes!! with Lise Avery and will not be returned.
• Anything Goes!! with Lise Avery reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes at any time provided that such modification will not materially affect the terms and conditions of any contest conducted by Anything Goes!! with Lise Avery.
• In the event of any discrepancy or dispute regarding any contest on Anything Goes!! with Lise Avery entrant agrees that any liability or damages Anything Goes!! with Lise Avery, Ms. Avery or any employees of Anything Goes!! with Lise Avery may be responsible for are in all cases limited to the value of the prize offered.
